Refund policy

As each piece is custom made, it is difficult for us to offer refunds, which is why we can only provide exchanges.
Exchanges are only possible if the requested size/color is available in stock, so please DM us to check availability before placing an exchange request. In case of an exchange, customers are required to cover the shipping charges on both sides by sending the item back to us, and once we receive it, we will dispatch the exchanged piece from our end as soon as possible.
